Scillies or Hebrides? A short photo-quiz.

 1. Beach question

While looking at photos from our visits to the Outer Hebrides and the Isles of Scilly this year, I was struck by a number of similarities and - just for fun - created this short photo-quiz. There are 7 pairs of photos, see if you can guess which photo belongs to which group of islands.

Firstly, beaches. Both island groups have wonderful sandy beaches, washed by crystal-clear blue Atlantic waters, but can you tell which one is which from these photos?
